Here's an early listing of prices for home models in Crofton Park - you have the love the hand-written change of cost for the side-entry garage. These prices are from May of 1968.

And, if you wanted various options, there was a price sheet for those as well. I miss jalousie doors - the home where I grew up had a jalousie door, but I cannot remember the last time I saw one.
